DELD Night is one of Leipzig’s leading event brands, known for its unique party experiences and vibrant culture. In the lead-up to their highly anticipated DELD Beach Party at Seehaus Cospuden, they sought Nabu IT Solutions expertise to amplify their reach, engage their audience, and maximise ticket sales through a cohesive social media and advertising strategy.

The Problem

With a limited time window and an initial ticket sales target of 700, DELD Night needed to:

  • Re-engage their local audience from previous events.

  • Cut through a crowded event space with minimal ad spend.

  • Achieve strong sales without an existing e-commerce funnel.

  • Improve digital visibility and brand consistency on Instagram.

The Solution

We developed a holistic strategy that integrated organic growth with paid media. Key components included:

  • Content & Creative Direction: We produced high-energy, on-brand visual assets tailored for reels, stories, and posts to reflect the beach party vibe.

  • Instagram Management: We optimised posting schedules, engaged with the audience, and built anticipation through interactive stories, giveaways, and highlights.

  • Meta Ad Campaigns: We launched multiple campaigns focused on conversions, awareness, and retargeting, including:

    • A high-performing Conversions Campaign

    • A Sales Funnel Push for mid-funnel users

    • Top-of-funnel Reach and Awareness campaigns

Our Approach

We worked in agile cycles, using real-time data to adjust creatives and targeting:
